Product and Accessories Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our products and offer warranties to ensure your satisfaction. Your product is covered by this warranty against manufacturing defects when used for normal domestic purposes, as specified below:
- Dashcam: 12 months
- Powerbank: 12 months
- Accessories: 12 months
- Solar panels, chargers, and other items: 12 months
During the warranty period, we commit to repairing or replacing your product at no cost if it is found to be defective due to a manufacturing fault. Please note that this warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, neglect, accidental damage during shipping, or incorrect installation.
This warranty provides you with certain benefits in addition to any rights and remedies that may be available to you under applicable laws related to the products or services covered by this warranty. In Australia, our products are subject to guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You have the right to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they do not meet acceptable quality standards and the failure does not constitute a major failure.
To ensure your warranty claim is valid, please retain your purchase receipt or invoice as proof of purchase.
How to Claim Your Warranty:

- If your claim falls within the warranty period and complies with the terms of the warranty, our service representative will arrange for the replacement or repair of the product at no cost to you.
